There is nothing like a breath of cool, fresh, early morning air. When was the last time you had one? The photo you see in this post was taken at 6:45am by a river about 20 minutes from my home.
See, getting out and taking deep breaths of fresh air is good for you and that's proven by science. Deeper breaths of high quality air maximizes the capacity of your lungs, sends more oxygen to your brain, therefore improving its functionality.
If you place yourself in a quieter place, where the ambient noise is far from the obnoxious racket of bustling streets, you will find peace and clarity.
